A dynamic manufacturing facility is looking for an experienced Plant Manager to ensure seamless operations through professional maintenance strategies and Kaizen principlesPOSITION INFO:A dynamic manufacturing facility is looking for an experienced Plant Manager to ensure seamless operations through professional maintenance strategies and Kaizen principles. This role is ideal for a results-driven individual with a strong technical background and leadership skills.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee plant maintenance, ensuring efficiency and minimal downtime
- Lead and develop a skilled technical team
- Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Lean, TPM)
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Manage and forecast the plant maintenance budget
- Optimise production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- B-Tech, HND, or Bachelor''s degree in Mechanical/Electrical
- Government Certificate of Competence (Factories or Mines) Mechanical/Electrical
- 10+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
- Expertise in SAP ERP, PLC, SCADA, and maintenance management systems
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
