Ensures good housekeeping within the plant operation.KEY PERFORMANCE AREASFinancial Perspective:Financial effectiveness2. Escalates risks to supervisor.3. Follows plant standard operating procedures to prevent losses and damages.Internal Business Process Perspective:Carries out the ore processing function1. Processes ore in a safe and effective manner to meet shift production targets.2. Adheres to plant policies and procedures and follows supervisor instruction3. Escalates issues and problems where necessary to ensure:- Plant safety.- Plant cleanliness.- Product conformance.- Prevention of loss or damage to equipment and machinery.4. Operates plant equipment and machinery safely and responsibly according to standard operating procedures.5.
