Salary: R35,000 xe2x80x93 R40,000 base + commission (up to 8%)

This unique role combines account management and leadership , requiring a high-performing sales professional who can manage key accounts while mentoring and supporting a team of three sales professionals.The successful candidate will focus on expanding relationships within one of South Africaxe2x80x99s top advertising agencies , identifying opportunities across multiple brands within the agencyxe2x80x99s portfolio. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow top-tier accounts , driving revenue and expanding market reach.
  • Lead and mentor a team of three sales professionals, providing coaching and support.
  • Develop strategies to increase penetration within major advertising agencies.
  • Drive new business development and identify opportunities across multiple brands.
  • Monitor sales performance , ensuring the team meets and exceeds revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales and account management , preferably within advertising, media, or digital sales.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience coaching or managing a sales team.
  • Established network within advertising agencies or corporate brands is highly advantageous .
  • A strategic thinker with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills .
  • Self-motivated with a track record of exceeding sales targets .
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
