• Experience: 2-3 years of PLC programming experience in the automotive industry (non-negotiable).
• Software Expertise: Proficiency in Mitsubishi PLC programming, Omron and/or Toyopuc software.
• Education: A National Diploma and/or N3 in Electrical Engineering is advantageous.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Software Development: Develop software in accordance with client specifications.
• Client Interaction: Meet with customers onsite to discuss detailed requirements.
• Hardware Design: Design hardware concepts prior to implementation.
• Documentation: Manage documentation and backups.
• Project Management: Oversee commissioning and handover processes.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to health and safety requirements.
• Instruction Adherence: Follow any other instructions given by the Automation Engineering Manager.
• Time Management: Exhibit excellent time management skills.
• Motivation: Maintain a high level of motivation.
• Attention to Detail: Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail.
• Pressure Handling: Ability to work well under pressure.
