We are seeking a highly skilled PLC Programmer to join our client's team in the automotive industry.The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, programming, integrating, and commissioning PLC-controlled systems while ensuring compliance with safety standards.Requirements

• Education:

• Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field.

• Software Proficiency:

• PLC Programming: Omron Sysmac Studio, Siemens TIA Portal, WinCC Pro Delta.
• SCADA: Zenon.

• Safety PLCs:

• Sick, Omron and Siemens.

• Robot Integration:

• Experience with Nachi (FD on Desk), Yaskawa Motoman, Fanuc, and Kuka.

• Technical Knowledge:

• Understanding of industrial communication protocols (PROFINET, Ethernet/IP, etc.).
• Experience in I/O configuration, motion control, and safety programming.
• Familiarity with electrical schematics and control panel design.

• Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Experience

• 3 - 5 Years experience in a production / manufacturing environment
• Experience in the Automotive industry preferred
• Experience with electrical circuits (E-Plan).
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts and data-driven automation.
• Experience in robot path programming and cycle optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• PLC Programming & Integration: Develop, test, and commission PLC programs from start to finish using Omron Sysmac Studio, Siemens TIA Portal, and WinCC Pro Delta.
• SCADA & HMI Development: Configure and implement Zenon SCADA solutions for real-time monitoring and control.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all automation systems adhere to safety regulations, with a focus on Sick Safety PLCs.
• Robot Integration: Develop and implement communication between PLCs and robotic systems (Nachi FD on Desk, Yaskawa Motoman, Fanuc, and Kuka).
• Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve faults in automation systems to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
• Collaboration & Support: Work with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical, electrical, and production engineers, to optimize automation solutions.
• Documentation & Training: Maintain detailed technical documentation and provide training to maintenance and production teams as needed.
