Education:

BSC / Computer Science Degree, Information Technology or equivalent experience is

Experience:

3 to 5 years of experience working as a PL/SQL Developer or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, including advanced concepts like packages, collections, and dynamic SQL.
Knowledge of performance tuning techniques for PL/SQL and SQL queries.
Strong understanding of relational database concepts and SQL.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git or SVN.
Understanding of data warehousing concepts and tools.
Experience with Oracle Forms and Reports.
Experience in a telecommunications environment will be advantageous.
Demonstrate ability to effectively establish and maintain strategic working relationship with peers and constitutes at all levels of the
Ability to work collaboratively with a Project

6. Technical Skills

Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate (OCA) or Oracle Advanced PL/SQL Developer Certified Professional (OCP).
Experience with Oracle database tools such as SQL*Plus, TOAD.
Knowledge of other programming languages like Java, Python, or .NET.
