Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and emails, assisting clients with inquiries and scheduling appointments
Process invoices and quotations
Maintain accurate records and documentation for jobs and client accounts
Assist with stock control and ordering materials
Communicate with plumbers and clients to ensure efficient job scheduling
General office administration and filing
Requirements:
Fluent in Afrikaans and English (spoken and written)
Previous experience in a plumbing or construction company (advantageous)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented
Must have own reliable transport
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: R7000,00 - R12000,00 per month
