Identify and research potential leads through various channels including social media, industry events, networking and canvassing businesses in Western Cape
Conduct outreach to prospects via phone, email, and social media to introduce the products/services and schedule meetings to explore
Engage with potential leads to understand their needs, qualify their interest, and determine their fit with our offerings.
Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects and update the system with relevant information about leads and their status.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on lead generation strategies, share insights, and contribute to the development of targeted outreach campaigns.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation, prospect / customer conversion, sales and GP targets
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to effectively communicate the value of our solutions to enhance the customer experience.
Area responsible: Western Cape, Northen region of North Cape and to Mosselbay.
Requirements:
Matric
Diploma in business administration, finance (desirable)
Experience:
5+years in an equivalent and similar role in a distribution environment
Sales experience to retail, HVAC, plumbing and electrical industries desirable
Computer literate Specifically Excel as well as Word, MS Office & Outlook,
SYSPRO experience advantageous
