• Lead and Develop a Team xe2x80x93 Manage and mentor Policy Supervisors, set performance targets, and foster professional growth.
• Oversee Policy Management xe2x80x93 Ensure accurate and timely processing of applications, renewals, and cancellations while maintaining compliance.
• Streamline Operations xe2x80x93 Identify inefficiencies in policy administration and implement process enhancements to improve productivity.
• Enhance Customer Experience xe2x80x93 Address complex policy-related inquiries, collaborate with customer service teams, and develop strategies to improve satisfaction.
• Ensure Compliance & Minimize Risk xe2x80x93 Monitor adherence to industry regulations and internal policies, conduct audits, and mitigate potential risks.
• Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration xe2x80x93 Work closely with claims, finance, and IT teams to ensure seamless policy administration processes.
• Lead Key Projects xe2x80x93 Manage initiatives related to system upgrades, process improvements, and regulatory updates to enhance efficiency.
