Ambitious and highly organised Portfolio Assistant sought to join property management company.

Our client is a renowned pillar in the real estate sector. With decades of experience, they have established themselves as one of the go-to organisations in their sector. They specialise in providing customized solutions to their clients in Gauteng as well as the Western Cape. Their primary focus is to ensure customer satisfaction by managing Sectional Title and HOA properties to the best of their ability and ensuring return on investment to their clientele.

To join their Johannesburg team based in Midrand, they are looking for an efficient Portfolio Assistant. Forming part of this team of 6, you will be reporting to the Head of Branch and Portfolio Manager.

Tasks such as diary management, preparing communications and assisting with reports, attending meetings, and taking minutes and sending communications to trustees will fall on to you. Other accountabilities will include general office administration, bookkeeping and logging insurance claims, assisting with maintenance issues and ensuring invoices are authorised and paid timeously will fall on to you.

The successful incumbent will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a knack for administration and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. Experience working in Residential Sectional Title is imperative as well as a strong financial acumen. You will also need have a matric certificate.
