:My client in the management of Airbnb properties, is looking for a skilled and determined Portfolio Manager to join their dynamic team. This role requires a dedicated individual capable of efficiently managing financial transactions in a fast-paced environmentHours: Monday - Friday, 08h30 - 17h00; One weekend shift on a rotational basis requiredKey Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of properties in a specific area, ensuring optimal performance and satisfaction.
• Cultivate and grow relationships on behalf of the client with property owners.
• Ensure that Property Hosts maintain key performance standards at all times.
• Conduct onsite meetings with Property Hosts at their respective properties.
• Train and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with Property Hosts.
• Provide daily support and maintain clear communication with Property Hosts and Property Owners.
• Arrange, coordinate, and oversee home maintenance when required.
• Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with fellow regional team members and upper management.
• Scrutinize owner statements for approval before they are sent to owners.
• Frequent travel between worksites is required; the individual must have own reliable transportation.

Requirements:

• Proficient in using various hardware devices including laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Must be available to work one weekend per month.
• Ability to communicate professionally across all forms of communication (email, phone, video calls, and texts).
• Strong ability to work under pressure in an agile, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills, capable of adapting to frequent changes and interruptions.
• Highly responsive and reliable in all tasks.
• Strong attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
• Committed to adhering to all company policies and procedures.
• Must own a reliable car.
• Matric
• Working experience in the property industry is a must.
