Your role will be pivotal in driving the growth of our client's impressive portfolio, ensuring that each deal is meticulously managed from start to finish.Your Mission:
- Identify and engage with prospective clients to secure development/project loans.
- Source and evaluate opportunities that align with the company's strategic goals.
- Manage all administrative tasks to ensure smooth and successful deal finalisation.
- A tertiary degree in Commerce, Finance, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of hands-on experience in Commercial Property Finance.
- Exceptional numeracy skills and a keen eye for detail.
