Portfolio Manager Permanent - Bloubergstrand, Cape Town - R 24k p/monthWorking hours: Monday Friday 08h30 17h00 / One weekend shift on a rotation basis will be requiredWhat you will do:xc2xb7 Manage a portfolio of Properties in a specific area.xc2xb7 Develop and grow a relationship on behalf of the Client with the owners of the actual properties.xc2xb7 Ensure Property Host maintain key performance standards at all time.xc2xb7 Onsite meetings with Property Host at the properties.xc2xb7 Training and implementation of SOPs with Property Hosts Manager.xc2xb7 Daily support and communication with Property Host & Property Ownerxc2xb7 Arrange, coordinate and oversee home maintenance when required.xc2xb7 Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with fellow regional team members and upper management team.xc2xb7 Scrutinise Owner statements for approval before statements are sent to ownersxc2xb7 Traveling between worksites is frequent and this person will need their own reliable transportation.What you will need to have:xc2xb7 Technical computer skills required on all forms of hardware - laptops, tablets and mobile devices.xc2xb7 Availability to work one weekend per month.xc2xb7 Professional in all forms of communications such as email, phone calls, video calls and texts.xc2xb7 Ability to work well under pressure in an agile, fast-paced environment.xc2xb7 Excellent time management skills with the ability to change activity frequently and cope with interruptions.xc2xb7 Highly responsive and reliable.xc2xb7 Strong attention to detail.xc2xb7 Adhere to all company policies and procedures.xc2xb7 Own reliable carInterested candidates who meet the specified criteria are invited to submit CVs, with a professional head and shoulder photo, along with a cover letter highlighting their relevant experience and qualifications to samanthajobs@wcp.co.zaOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further consideration.Thank you for considering this opportunity.
