*Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Portuguese.
*Provide accurate product/service information and troubleshoot issues.
*Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
*Maintain high customer satisfaction levels through effective communication and problem-solving.
*Update customer information and case details in the system.
Qualifications:
*Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) is required.
*Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.
*Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
*Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
