Our client are currently seeking a Portuguese-speaking Administrative Lady who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in negotiating with clients in Portuguese language in White River, Mpumalanga. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks and maintaining a neat and professional appearance at all times.Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the team and assisting with day-to-day tasks
- Communicating effectively with clients and negotiating in Portuguese language
- Managing and organizing paperwork, files, and documents
- Maintaining office cleanliness and organization
- Handling incoming calls and emails in a professional and courteous mannerRequirements:
- Fluent in Portuguese language
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Previous experience in administration or customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
