Job Description
Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant, registered in the category Pharmacists Assistant (post-basic). Experience in buying of ethicals and surgicals on the SAP system is compulsory. Knowledge of material requirements planning (MRP) in SAP would also be an advantage.Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent level of education
- Current registration with South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC) as a QPBPA
- Sound knowledge of surgicals supplies and consumables
- Procurement of ethicals and surgicals for pharmaceutical services.
- Updating MRP parameters on SAP.
- Understanding of a Formulary for ethicals and preferred providers for surgicals.
- Adherence to timelines.
- Attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
