SUMMARY:FACULTY OF SOCIAL SCIENCE AND HUMANITIES
DEPARTMENT OF POLITICAL SCIENCE AND INTERNATIONAL RELATIONSThe Department of Political Science and International Relations at the University of Fort Hares Alice campus seeks to appoint a self-driven Postdoctoral research fellow with a strong background in research on peace and conflict studies in sub-Saharan Africa.POSITION INFO:
Eligibility criteria and conditions are:

  • Doctoral degree not older than 5 years in Political Science, International Relations, or any related discipline.
  • Preference will be given to South African Citizens, women in particular, and holders of a South African Permanent Residence permit.
  • The appointment is for a period of 12 months and may be renewed subject to the production of at least 2 Units in DHET-accredited journals.

VALUE OF THE FELLOWSHIP:
