Our client is an established Anti-PR agency that emphasizes a methodology aimed at delivering measurable results beyond traditional PR tactics. They focus on disrupting the market, achieving brand exposure, and influencing public opinion to ensure a return on investment (ROI) for their clients. They offer services in research and planning, publicity and PR, content development, press releases, and crisis management.We are seeking a PR Specialist and the primary purpose of the PR Specialist is to drive the agency's PR initiatives by managing and executing projects that significantly increase the organization's outreachWorking Hours: 8am to 5 pm ESTPR Specialist role includes leading the creation and promotion of book projects, developing and marketing a unique Anti-PR press release course, enhancing client engagement through referral programs, monetizing the agency's podcast, securing speaking engagements for the CEO, and collaborating with media and marketing teams to amplify the agency's and its clients' visibility and impact.Responsibilities

• Book Projects: Oversee the completion and marketing of two book projects, ensuring they are compelling, professionally finished, and ready for sale on Amazon.
• Anti-PR Course Creation: Develop and market an Anti-PR press release course, identifying unique selling points and reaching the right audience to ensure its success.
• Client Engagement: Develop programs to engage with current and past clients for referrals, and collect powerful testimonials and case studies to bolster our reputation and credibility.
• Podcast Monetization: Take the reins of our podcast, implementing strategies to monetize it effectively while maintaining or enhancing listener engagement.
• Speaking Engagements: Identify and book online speaking gigs for our CEO, enhancing our agency's visibility and thought leadership in the industry.
• Media Collaboration: Work closely with the media team to identify and exploit press release angles that will generate buzz and achieve wide coverage.
• Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the marketing department to strategize and execute the promotion of our books, courses, and other assets. While marketing will handle advertising and webpage creation, you will be responsible for content creation and PR-specific promotions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5-10 years of Proven experience in Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a flair for creativity and innovation.
• Organizational and Time Management.
• Strong understanding of the media landscape and how to craft messages that resonate.
• Experience with book publishing, course development, and digital product marketing is highly desirable.
• A team player mindset, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments.
• An independent initiator with the capability to both establish and expand the PR Division, while simultaneously managing projects to broaden our reach
