  • B. Degree in Human Resources Management / Industrial Psychology or studying towards an Honours degree in an HR field an advantage
  • Minimum 4 - 6 years experience in
  • Learning & development planning and administration
  • Recruitment & selection/ talent acquisition
  • Talent development strategy objectives and execution
  • Human Resources strategy objectives deployment
  • Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors (advantage) and advanced level MS Office
Job Specificiation:
  • Collaborating with leadership on recruitment strategy & plan
  • Stays abreast of allocated planned recruitment events & deadlines
  • Consulting headcount business plan for alignment
  • Confirming & ratifying process standards & protocols
  • Complies with policies, procedures & legislation in the recruitment process
  • Management of end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple sites.
  • Provides input into the L&D Strategy and Plan
  • Drafting and publishing of job adverts in line with approved job profiles.
  • Conducts L&D needs assessment based on Strategic Resource Plan / Succession Plan / Performance Management feedback and Personal Development Plans (PDF)
  • Sourcing through various methods for complex roles.
  • Compiles L&D plan based on HC strategy to meet organisational and merSETA requirements
  • Carrying out candidate response management.
  • Compiling long listing matrices for review by hiring managers.
  • Scheduling, conducting and facilitating interviews.
  • Ensuring that interview processes are procedurally fair and provide guidance on this.
  • Conduct background checks on selected candidates.
  • Preparing offers in line with approved salary scales.
  • Ensure that the recruitment system is kept up to date at all times for all vacancies by moving candidates through the recruitment workflow.
  • Internal and external stakeholder relationship management and improvement.
  • Driving hiring manager and candidate satisfaction.
