• Predictive Model Development: Design and implement predictive models to anticipate trends, customer behaviours, and business outcomes.
• Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of large datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with diverse teams to seamlessly integrate predictive models into core business operations.
• Model Optimization: Regularly refine and enhance models to improve their precision and effectiveness.
• Insightful Reporting: Develop comprehensive reports and presentations to effectively communicate findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
• Advanced Machine Learning: Apply machine learning techniques to further elevate the performance of predictive models.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or Statistics; an Honours degree is a strong plus.
• Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in predictive modelling, with a background in banking or telecommunications being highly beneficial.
• Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities, proficiency in Python and SAS, and a strong focus on achieving results.
• Model Development Expertise: Proven experience in building predictive models and applying advanced machine learning techniques.
