Predictive Modelling Analyst

Job Description
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop Predictive Models: Create and implement predictive models to forecast trends, behaviors, and outcomes.
- Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate predictive models into various business processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously refine and improve models to enhance their accuracy and effectiveness.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Machine Learning: Utilize machine learning techniques to improve predictive models.
- Educational Background: BSc in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or Statistics. Honours degree is highly advantageous.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in predictive modelling. Experience in banking or telecoms is highly advantageous.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Python and SAS, and a results-driven mindset.
- Model Building: Hands-on experience in model building and machine learning techniques
