Assisting in planning, facilitation, execution and management of ECD theme oriented learning processes following a daily routine creatively and innovatively.In this duty the individual should be able to:xc2xb7 prepare resources and set up ECD learning environment for babies, toddlers and young childrenxc2xb7 work with families and communities to support early childhood developmentxc2xb7 manage the holistic developmental stages of babies, toddlers and young childrenxc2xb7 observe, monitor and report on child development milestones.xc2xb7 provide/ support the care for babies in the centrexc2xb7 design creative and fun activities to support the development of babies, toddlers and young childrenxc2xb7 assist in supervision of children during education field visits and toursKey competencies, skills and attributesThe person should be :1. Energetic and friendly with kids.2. Proficient in simple ECD english as a delivery language3.
