THE JOB AT A GLANCEThe Prevention Coordinator will provide Project Coordination and support for the Prevention Programme including project plans, dashboards, reports and events. The job entails organizing and planning the events and budgeting for these together with the Prevention Head and Manager. Events such as meetings, congresses, and symposiums will be budgeted for in accordance with project management activities. Furthermore, the incumbent will coordinate, arrange, manage projects and events together with the Programme Manager, including organizing all logistics required e.g. the accommodation and travel details of the participants for all events, courier of goods and actioning all event requirements. The Prevention Coordinator will communicate with relevant parties to organize participants' registration, accommodation, and transportation. The purpose is to support the team with the coordination of reports, stakeholders, projects, dashboards and events, largely supporting the Prevention Programme Manager.WHAT WILL YOU DO?
