Obtain Price books from all suppliers in the same country, Quarterly Pricebook Benchmarking reporting. - All countries to be requested and received per Quarter
Conduct pricing analysis and comparison of supplier price books. - Accurate and complete detail
Review Pricing received for BAU request and orders placed, Compare with Price books received. -
Compare Price Books
Present pricing recommendations and insights to senior management, providing clear explanations and supporting data.
Update TWYN with Price books received.
Data Integrity / Inventory Management
Request and Maintain Accurate information and updated Escalation Matrixes for all allocated countries / Suppliers - Maintain Tracker of Accurate information
Request updated operating licenses for all suppliers with Active inventory to ensure compliance. - Maintain Tracker with Expiry dates
Monitor supplier license expiry dates and ensure timeous follow-up to ensure information is always current. - Up to date and accurate information
Supplier Relationships
Maintain regular and constant contact with suppliers and partners, to grow and develop the relationship. - Recommendations accepted, when required.
Ensure up to date knowledge of products and services offered by suppliers. - Grow and develop relationships.
Remain knowledgeable and updated of key developments within the telecoms sector in all countries and regions.
Interact with Partner Relationship Managers and Commercial Managers - Minimal queries escalated.
Product Knowledge
Develop working knowledge of mediums available and new technologies being deployed per country. - Accurate knowledge
