This is to add to the successful team.JOB DESCRIPTION WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO:

• You will be responsible for timeous and effective fee and accrual instructions to finance to move assets;
• You will be required to investigate and explain and resolve pricing queries;
• You will be responsible for accurate and timeous reporting on prices and confirmations to various clients;
• You will be responsible for dealing with and resolving recon items and cash flow queries;
• You will be responsible for processing daily cashflows instructions and banking payments;
• You will be responsible for hands on approach to ensure successful transition of retail/legacy and institutional clients;
• You will be responsible for running databases timeously, MFoF monthly 3 days after receipt of NAV's and assist with the pricing of other databases where needed;
• You will be responsible for ensuring that all cashflows, fees and accruals are processed within the respective timelines (accruals xe2x80x93 quarterly, fees xe2x80x93 monthly, cashflows xe2x80x93 daily);
• You will be required to escalate anything outside of normal BAU immediately to manager;
• You will be responsible for processing and escalating instructions into the interlink system timeously;
• You will be responsible for timeous logging of ORR's for unexplainable differences and escalating where required;
• You will be responsible for ensuring all unreconciled differences have detailed explanations and clearance plans with timelines;
• You will be required to prepare and resolving Manco / AVL recon (ensuring that Interlink balances back to Manco and TAU inclusive of any / all accruals);
• You will be responsible for new fund set-ups to be done timeously including the set-up of PSP's;
• You will be responsible for automation of cashflows to Finswitch;
• You will be responsible for completing monthly reporting accurately and timeously;
• You will be responsible for assisting Finops with ad-hoc duties;
• You will be responsible for effective and successful execution of ad-hoc duties and projects;
• You will be responsible for responding to all emails sent to the assets mailbox for immediate clearing;
• You will be responsible for maintaining professional client relationship via telecommunications;
• You will be required to ensure operational effectiveness (quality, service levels) and efficiency;
• You will be responsible for attending to internal and external queries timeously and accurately.

CORE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• You have a B.Com (accounting / finance);
• You have a minimum of 2 xe2x80x93 3 years current, relevant experience;
• You have experience in the LISP (linked investment service provider) industry / collective investments xe2x80x93 this would be a distinct advantage;
• You have knowledge of Interlink - this would be a distinct advantage;
• You have intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge.
