Lead the design and development of full-stack solutions across various projects
Mentor and coach team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture
Engage in hands-on development using technologies like JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and cloud services
Drive technical excellence through code reviews, testing, debugging, and architectural decisions
Contribute to overall technology strategies in autonomous, fast-paced environmentsSkills & Experience:
Minimum 10 years of experience in software development, with proven leadership and mentoring skills
Expertise in JavaScript, Node.js, TypeScript, CSS, HTML, and backend development frameworks
Experience with cloud computing, CI/CD pipelines, microservices architecture, and modern front-end frameworks
Familiarity with NoSQL databases, cloud services, and scalable software solutionsQualification:
