Job Description


To provide an efficient administrative and clerical service to the District.
Key Responsibility Areas

  • Co-ordinate and supervise the day to day operations of the District office.
  • Undertakes the administrative functions for the District.
  • Control petty cash and resolve banking and invoice queries.
  • Capture asset inventories, statistics, capital and operating estimates.
  • Supervise and monitor the performance of subordinate staff.
  • Originating, reconciling and receipting of JDE orders.

Essential Requirements
  • Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
  • Valid motor vehicle driving license
  • 2 Years relevant experience.
  • Computer Literacy.
Preferred Requirements
  • Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent and an Administrative Certificate.
  • 3 Years relevant experience.
