Job Description
To provide customer and related services in accordance with the principles of Batho Pele and the unit's vision to the eThekwini Municipality customers.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Attend to information sharing, queries and complaints from customers in respect of various
- Receive and scrutinize applications for vending permits from prospective street traders.
- Receive and process applications for business license applications in respect of food handling,
- Responsible for general administration duties including filing, maintaining literature and
- Complete a transactional management register daily.
