Key Responsibility AreasMaintaining the filing and archiving systems in the section ensuring that all charges and
documentation is secure at all times.
Receiving and filing of all charge control copies and documentation in accordance with the
section filing system/archives.
Acknowledging receipt of valid representations and referring representations in respect of spot summonses to the supervisor.
Forwarding of translations to Legal Services Department for attention and requesting
additional information from writers when required.
Preparing and typing of documentation in respect of dishonoured cheque notices and reversing vouchers.
Receiving and filing system generated, personally served summons according to court, trail
date and summons number, in accordance with the Sections filing system ensuring security of all documentation at all times.
Assist with counter, public and telephonic enquiries.
