Principal SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Functional Analyst
to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP PM solutions. The ideal candidate will have8+ years of SAP experience
, with extensive involvement inmore than five full-cycle SAP PM implementations
. This role demands expertise in system configuration, solution analysis, and project execution to enhance plant maintenance operations.###
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering:
Collaborate with stakeholders to assess plant maintenance requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.Solution Design & Configuration:
Configure SAP PM modules to align with business needs, including preventive maintenance, work order management, and asset tracking.Integration & Implementation:
Work on seamless integration of SAP PM with other SAP modules such as MM, PP, and FI.Project Execution:
Lead full-cycle SAP PM implementation projects, ensuring efficient deployment and adherence to project timelines.System Optimization & Troubleshooting:
Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and resolve technical issues.User Support & Training:
Provide end-user training and support to ensure efficient utilization of the SAP PM system. *Compliance & Best Practices:
Ensure adherence to industry best practices, safety regulations, and governance policies.
