Role OverviewThe Principal SAP Real Estate Management (REM) Functional Analyst will be responsible for the configuration, implementation, and support of SAP REM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other modules and business processes. The role requires a strong technical and functional understanding of SAP REM, project execution, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to meet the clients business requirements.Key Responsibilities

• Configure and set up SAP REM, ensuring optimal integration with other SAP modules.

• Conduct thorough business analysis to gather and document requirements.

• Develop and complete blueprint documents, including process diagrams and proposed solutions.

• Compile detailed functional specifications for technical teams.

• Perform comprehensive system testing to validate configurations and developments.

• Develop user training materials and conduct training sessions for end users.

• Provide expert guidance and support during project execution.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful SAP REM implementations.

• Ensure compliance with local government regulations and business policies.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Qualifications: SAP REM Certification.

Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of SAP experience.

• Proven experience in multiple SAP REM implementations.

• Experience in SAP REFX to GIS Integration.

• Experience in Case Management and SAP Land Use Management.

• Local government experience would be highly beneficial.
