We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving the design and implementation of innovative solutions that meet our business needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, extensive experience in both hardware and software, and exceptional communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels.Duties and responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of enterprise-level solutions across various platforms.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and platforms to meet business objectives.

• Ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices, security standards, and compliance regulations.

• Provide guidance on system security measures, database management, and web platform integration.

• Mentor and support junior architects and technical teams in the implementation of architectural practices.

• Engage with senior management to present architectural strategies and roadmaps.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant technical certification (e.g., MCSE) is preferred.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on solutions architecture and design in an enterprise environment.

• Extensive knowledge of computer systems, operating systems (Microsoft and Unix), and database management systems.

• Proven experience with solutions architecture frameworks and methodologies, including ITIL.

• Strong background in both hardware and software environments, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical information for non-technical stakeholders.

• Proficiency in architecture modeling tools and techniques.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
