Certified by the Top Employer Institute 2024.Role Purpose/Business Unit:The Architecture & Analysis practice lead with be responsible for setting the standards, guidelines, and principles for both the practices of architecture and analysis within the Customer Value Management & Artificial Intelligence division. The practice lead will ensure that the practice members are aware of the Vodafone / Vodacom company standards, practices, tools, and training related to this discipline.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Establish the architecture and analysis practice.
  • Set/adopt standards, guidelines, tooling and principles for the practices of architecture and analysis as provided by the company
  • Define learning and development objectives for the architecture and analysis practice
  • Establish practice engagement sessions
  • Establish engagement session with business stakeholders
  • Engagement with broader architecture practices (e.g. Enterprise Architecture)
The Ideal Candidate for this role will have:Must have technical / professional qualifications:
  • Matric/Grade 12 qualification (essential).
  • 3-year degree or diploma in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant field.
  • 8 -12 years of analysis and design experience in disciplines such as software development, IT solution delivery, Enterprise type applications in a highly complex environment (essential).
  • Agile exposure, Kanban/Scrum, SAFE (essential).
  • 1-2 year relevant courses/certificate
