Job Description
Are you a seasoned Structural Engineer with a passion for delivering innovative projects?Our client is seeking a highly skilled Principal Structural Engineer / Technologist to join their dynamic team in Pretoria, South Africa.In this role, you will:
- Provide expert civil/structural engineering services for industrial, commercial, steel, and reinforced concrete structures.
- Manage project phases, timelines, and performance.
- Collaborate with engineers and clients to deliver exceptional results.
- A BSc. Eng / B.Eng. degree/ B Tech Eng (with a preference for a postgraduate qualification in structural engineering).
- Professional registration with ECSA (Pr Eng).
- 10+ years of experience in civil/structural engineering, with a focus on industrial, commercial, steel, and reinforced concrete structures.
- Experience in wind turbine and water retaining structures (a plus).
- Proficiency in 3D CAD/Modeling software, especially Autodesk Revit.
- Experience in Finite Element Analysis Software and fatigue design.
- Site experience as an Assistant Resident Engineer.
