Principal Technical Assistant - Cape Town
The TES employee(s) will be responsible for the following function / work:
1. Live alarm and incident monitoring
2. Call taking from key authorised users or clients
3. Incident call logging to relevant resolver group
4. Incident coordination and escalation of calls
5. Adhoc requests for reports
6. Ensure shift handover documentation is complete
7. Perform Change management checks
8. Access control
9. Handle incident management issues accordingly and as instructed
The TES employee(s) must meet the following requirements:
Qualification: Minimum Grade 12
Experience: 3 years experience in a relevant environment
Other skills /requirements (Specify)
1. Valid driver's licence with own vehicle
2. Ability to work shifts
3. Good communication skills and etiquette
4. Experience in a technical operations centre an advantage
