Critical Requirements - Skills, Experience & Qualifications
The support engineer needs to be proficient using technology and quick to learn newer technologies as they become available. The technician will have to assist with installs, maintenance, ordering of parts and configurations. The support engineer will be required to travel between customerxe2x80x99s sites and provide support to other areas of the business where required.
- Matric or Grade 12
- IT Related Tertiary Qualification (Degree or Diploma)
- 3-5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in the field in a similar role
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Valid Driverxe2x80x99s License and own reliable vehicle
