Job Overview:We seek a compassionate and experienced private nurse with expertise in IV drip administration to provide personalized care to clients. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a dedication to enhancing clients' well-being through tailored care plans. This role involves one-on-one patient care, focusing on the individual needs of each client and ensuring their comfort and safety.Key Responsibilities:

  • IV Drip Administration: Prepare IV drips, ensuring correct dosage and monitoring for adverse reactions.
  • Personalized Patient Care: Provide comprehensive and individualized nursing care to clients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Medication Management: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
  • Health Monitoring: Regularly monitor and record clients' vital signs and health status, promptly reporting any significant changes to the healthcare team or physician.
  • Care Coordination: Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Medical Records: Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, documenting care provided and clients responses.
  • Client Education: Educate clients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and post-treatment care to promote self-care and prevent complications.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, enhancing their quality of life.
  • Compliance: Follow all healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and ethical standards to ensure patient safety and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
  • Licensure: Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience with at least 1 year in IV drip administration. Previous experience as a private nurse is preferred.
  • Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in IV insertion and maintenance.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Specialization: Certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., infusion therapy, home health nursing).
  • Experience: Experience in home health care or as a private nurse.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and other medical software.
Working Conditions:
