Job Description


We are presently looking for a proactive and well-organised individual to become part of our team as a PRO & Admin Support staff member. The perfect candidate will possess a solid background in providing administrative support. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of handling various administrative tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the team, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records
  • Assisting with PRO duties, including visa processing, government liaison, and document clearance
  • Managing office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for staff
  • Assisting with event planning and coordination as needed
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in business administration or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
