Duties and Responsibilities
Process Analysis
Assess, configure, analyse, and document business processes.
Assist in analysing existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Document current processes using, BPMN and EPC process maps.
Work with process engineer to identify process improvement solutions.
Assist in designing and testing new processes and monitoring their effectiveness post-implementation.
Collaborate with various departments to gather information, process and activity details, and understand process challenges.
Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of process changes and improvements.
Facilitate process improvement initiatives.
Perform quality assurance on solution components developed.
Support deployment of solutions to development, test, and production environments.
Develop and maintain the necessary documentation for the solutions deployed.
Ensure quality assurance of process projects.
Ad hoc tasks
Perform any reasonable tasks as and when required by the Line Manager
