Job SummaryThis global company is a leading supplier of equipment and tools in the mining and construction industry.As the Procurement Process Analyst, responsible for evaluating procurement processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves data analysis, process mapping, and collaboration with various departments to ensure procurement practices align with organizational goals.Responsibilities include
- Develop process maps, flowcharts, and documentation to visualize and understand current procurement workflows.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to streamline procurement activities and reduce costs.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Work closely with procurement, finance, and supply chain teams to understand business needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure procurement processes align with company policies and goals.
- Ensure procurement processes comply with internal policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or business administration.
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, process analysis, or a related role.
- Please note that you must be physically and medically fit to work in a mining environment including meeting all customer vaccination requirements.
