Job Description
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
- NQF Level 4 Tertiary qualification in TQM Operational/ Quality/ Production
- Minimum National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of quality experience within the automotive environment
- Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience within the automotive environment
- Minimum 2 years tool making/ Millwright experience
- Minimum 2 years exposure to S.P.C/ F.M.K
- Skills required : Quality systems and concepts; Manufacturing processes; Customer Requirements and methodology; Statistical Process Control; Communication and interpersonal skills
- To ensure that Customer requirements are met
- Maintaining product and company reputation by complying with government regulations
- Manufacturing processes are improved with regards to the quality/ efficiency of the product delivered
- Ensure process compliance
- Improvement of product quality
