Process/ Industrial Engineer - Cape TownJob SummaryURGENT: Process/ Industrial CareerPURPOSE OF THE POSITION:To be responsible for process analysis, design, implementation and execution across Supply Chain to ensure end-to-end efficient and optimal utilisation of resources. Also to provide operational support by collecting, analysing and interpreting data and initiating proactive corrective action to ensure Supply Chain performance adheres to set KPIs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelopment of business casesLeading supply chain projectsIdentify and drive continuous improvement initiative projectsMapping & development of processes for effective data managementDevelopment of SOPs to enable optimal business and system integrationProvide operational support by compiling, coordinating and publishing reportsData analysis, interpretation and tracking critical itemsBudget analysis and control (DC budgets)Liaise with role-players and departments to provide support and submit relevant reportsAd hoc duties and projects JOB REQUIREMENTSDegree in Industrial EngineeringRecently graduated OR 2+ years experience as an Industrial EngineerRetail industry experience will be advantageousProject Management experienceExperience in Lean and/or Sigma methodology will be an advantageComputer literacy: Advanced (Google workspace, Looker studio, SQL)Ability to work in a team and independentlySouth African Citizen
