Job Description
Our client is a leading retail organization focused on delivering affordable, high-quality products across Africa. They are requiring the services of a Process / Industrial Engineer.Qualifications and Experience required:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering
- Recent graduate or xc2xb12 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer
- Experience in the retail industry is a plus
- Project management experience
- Familiarity with Lean and or Six Sigma methodologies is a advantage
- Advanced computer skills (Google workspace, Looker Studio, SQL)
South African citizenshipDuties would be but not limited to:
- Develop and present business cases
- Lead and manage supply chain projects
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Map and developed process for effective data management
- Create standard operating procedures (SOP's) for optimal business and system integration
- Provide operational support by compiling, coordinating and publishing reports
- Handle ad hoc duties and projects as required
