Design and prepare process plan. The preparation, review, improvement, and optimization of the technological process,
Review, improve and optimize the work instruction (SOP), and approve the process control form.
The acceptance process of new materials (new equipment) is formulated, optimized, and implemented.
Develop a standard process parameter table.
Correct and modify the non-conforming items of the process documents and the acceptance process of new equipment is formulated, and the acceptance is completed.
The formulated process parameters form standardized documents.
Review and update the unit consumption of the production plan bill of materials (BOM),
The production of template tooling and optimize the standard process parameter table.
Review and dispose of defective products and expired materials in the process and record them.
Analysis and maintenance of production KPI indicators, formulate improvement measures.
Handling and improvement of on-site abnormal problems
New material (equipment) acceptance experiment development and pre-acceptance, data collection, evaluation information feedback.
Promote and manage cost reduction and efficiency improvement projects, submit improvement reports,
Process guidance and training for employees and quality personnel.
The new equipment acceptance test data meets the requirements of product and quality standards.
Improve the project to reach and complete the KPI target of the department.
Skill improvement training for internal staff.
Internal documents, template tooling management of the process department.
The internal process changes management of the process department.
Process documents, tooling template management records, and form record files.
Formulate the training content of the process department, reasonably arrange personnel for training
Job Requirements:
Degree/Diploma/N6 in Engineering or relevant fields is preferred with major in Mechanical / Chemistry / Mechatronics.
Proficient in MS Office
3 to 5 experiences in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in machines and robotics.
Knowledge of solar cells and photovoltaic modules and improvements.
Knowledge of the operation and manufacture of silicon wafers, solar cells and photovoltaic modules and improvements. Characterization of solar cells and modules. Measure and power ratio between cells and modules.
Knowledge in minimizing the mismatch by seeding cells.
Knowledge of quality management systems.
Compilation of work instructions.
Ability to manage tool change and quick start up. Skill in identifying new methods to improve the technical processes. Ensure alignment of all processes.
Skill in fault finding and troubleshooting.
