• Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficiency and product quality.
• Operate, adjust, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment as needed.
• Analyze production data and identify areas for process improvement.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and perform minor repairs to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all production activities.
• Work closely with engineers and production teams to implement new procedures.
• Document process parameters, issues, and solutions for future reference.
• Participate in training programs to stay updated on best practices and technologies.
• Recommend process enhancements to reduce waste and increase productivity.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent (Technical diploma or degree in engineering, manufacturing, or industrial technology is a plus).
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or process technician role.
• Experience with process monitoring, data collection, and troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work with computerized control systems and production software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
