The company is seeking a hands-on Processing Manager to oversee and execute the preparation of quality meat products for our online store and pick-up point.Responsibilities
- The individual will be responsible for managing daily production, ensuring recipes are followed precisely, and maintaining our high standards of quality.
- Training will be provided for the right candidate, especially those transitioning from a kitchen environment.
- Strong communication, planning, and administrative skills are essential.
- Qualified Blockmen with 5+ years of experience OR Experienced Head Chefs / Kitchen Managers looking for a new career direction.
- Individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn a new craft.
- Background in meat processing or kitchen management.
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency.
- Reliable transport to and from work.
