Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for procurement and supply chain excellence? A well-established hospitality group is seeking a

Procurement and Systems Manager

to lead procurement strategies, optimise supplier relationships, and enhance inventory systems. In this pivotal role, you will drive efficiency and ensure seamless supply chain operations across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:



Procurement Strategy & Supplier Management



Develop and implement innovative, cost-effective procurement strategies. Source, evaluate, and maintain strong relationships with reliable suppliers. Negotiate contracts to secure optimal terms while ensuring quality and efficiency. Continuously assess and optimise supplier agreements and partnerships.

Purchasing & Order Management



Oversee purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Collaborate with operations and finance teams to streamline procurement processes. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Risk Management & Cost Control



Conduct risk assessments on supplier contracts and procurement processes. Develop strategies to mitigate potential supply chain disruptions. Monitor procurement budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive financial efficiency.

IT Systems & Inventory Management



Manage IT systems that track shipments, inventory, and supply chain performance. Implement and audit inventory control procedures to maintain brand standards. Work with internal teams to enhance system integration and automation.

Procurement Reporting & Performance Evaluation



Provide detailed procurement reports and insights to management. Monitor supplier performance, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability. Continuously evaluate procurement operations for improvements and innovation.

Quality Control & Brand Standards



Ensure all purchased products align with the company's high-quality standards. Identify opportunities to enhance procurement efficiency without compromising quality.

What We're Looking For



Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a similar role. Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract negotiation skills. Knowledge of IT systems for inventory, procurement, and supply tracking. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
