- Develop strategic supplier relationships and secure advantageous terms
- Negotiate purchasing agreements and manage inventory levels
- Apply sourcing strategies to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
- Stay updated on industry trends and new products
- Manage manufacturing cost efficiencies of raw materials
- Process stock GRVs and pick tickets
- Assist with stock discrepancies and locations
- Participate in stock takes and manufacturing assemblies
- 2-5 years experience in the Food Service Industry
- Diploma in Business Administration or Supply Management
- Knowledge of Food Safety Policies and Procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Purchasing Software
- Strong leadership skills and personality
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Strategic thinking and risk management aptitude
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
