They are our greatest asset.Join us and lets grow together.We are currently accepting applications for the following position located in the Witbank, Mpumalanga area.The succesful candidate will be responsible for managing the Purchasing and Enterprise and Supplier Development Strategies for the Company to minimise risk, drive value and control cost.Key Responsibilities
Assisting in developing and implementing the Purchasing and ESD strategies.
Evaluating suppliers to achieve the lowest price for high-quality goods.
Monitoring and forecasting inventory, determining purchasing needs.
Managing on site ESD service providers and business hubs.
Selecting and negotiating with approved vendors and placing purchase orders in response to product, materials, services, and supply requirements
Evaluating quality, price, reliability, technical support and availability of goods and services.
Ensuring compliance to the relevant Policies, Procedures and Legislation.
Minimum Qualifications:
Relevant tertiary qualification.
Minimum Experience:
Minimum 3 years experience in procurement.
Enterprise Resource Planning System (SAP/COUPA) experience.
Enterprise and Supplier Development experience.
Procurement Principles and Standards, knowledge and experience.
Mining experience will be advantageous.
Experience with analytical tools.
