Your role will focus on improving the health outcomes of patients within your territory by providing direct support and education to healthcare professionals and to patients on effective use of our products and by working with our Distributors to develop business in the territory and meet hospitals and patients needs.
Focus on Voice and Respiratory Products - laryngectomy focus in the first year, from the second year both laryngectomy and tracheostomy focus.
Responsibilities:
Drive educational activities to meet/exceed defined KPIs
Support clinicians and patients in product selection
Liaise with KOLs and build the database of KOLs
Report to RoW Regional Sales Manger
Business Development - you will work in partnership with our exclusive distributor to:
Ensure business growth within the specific region by education activities
Analyze product usage results and set directions for actions to grow/ optimize product usage
You will have regular visits with key hospital accounts to educate and build relations with HCPs and KOLs and to help troubleshoot patient's rehabilitation
You will support launches of new products, actively search for new business development opportunities
Together with our distributor you will support the creation and implementation of local marketing strategy
Participate in/ Organize marketing events, workshops, symposia, scientific conferences, congresses
Co-operate with scientific associations, groups of patients, lary clubs, etc.
Monitor the market and competitors' activities in order to recommend changes in marketing strategies
Direct to Consumer activities (mainly Lary):
Ensure increased product usage within your region
Lary - Identify all users of Provox voice prosthesis (VP) within local market, build patients database; Trach - identify home care patients, build patients database
Track order history, needs and conduct home visits (if possible) or online visits as required
Regularly call/ have meetings with patients using voice prosthesis, Heat Moist Exchangers (HME) and adhesives to educate and increase product use and effectiveness
Lary:
Support our HME patients in paperwork regarding gaining products (private insurance); Trach: Support our Tube, HME, Accessories patients in paperwork regarding gaining products (private insurance)
Drive new patient acquisition by gaining new consent forms
Co-operate with distributor to support SLP association with trainings, work with local patients association to promote proper use of our products and increase uptake of our products
